Once connected, you can manage sync settings, monitor sync activity, and review or resolve any errors — all from within Lessen Pro. |
To get started, you will need to connect your QuickBooks Online account.

Once connected, configure when and how your data syncs with QuickBooks. Access sync settings from the QuickBooks Online Sync Center by clicking Sync Settings in the top right.

You can configure sync timing for each of the following: Customers
Services
Invoices
Payments

The QuickBooks Online Sync Center gives you full visibility into your sync activity. Access it from the QuickBooks card in My Applications by selecting QuickBooks Online Sync Center.

The Sync Center displays a log of all sync activity, including:
Use the Status, Type, and Date range filters to narrow your view. You can also click on any record to view its sync details and links to view the record in Lessen Pro or directly in QuickBooks. |
Once synced, your Lessen Pro invoices appear directly in QuickBooks Online — ready for review, payment tracking, and reporting.

Invoices List in QuickBooks Synced invoices appear in your QuickBooks invoices list with the customer name, date, amount, and status. From here you can view, edit, or receive payment directly in QuickBooks. Invoice PDF View in QuickBooks Each synced invoice includes full details — billing address, service location, line items, quantities, rates, and a total. |
If you need to disconnect the integration, you can do so directly from the QuickBooks card in My Applications.

Go to Business Settings and select My Applications. |

On the QuickBooks card, click the menu and select Disconnect. |

Confirm the disconnection. Your QuickBooks integration will be deactivated and syncing will stop. |
