Common questions about the communications your customers receive through Lessen Pro.

Overview

Lessen Pro can automatically notify your customers at key points throughout the job lifecycle — from scheduling and quote approvals to job completion. You have full control over which notifications are sent and how.

What type of communications will my customers receive?

Customers will receive emails or texts for key updates such as:

  • Job confirmations
  • Quote approvals
  • Scheduling changes
  • Completed work

You can customize which notifications go out under Business Settings > Customer Communication.

Can customers reply to my messages through the system?

Not at this time. While you can send job updates, quotes, and reminders through the platform, customer replies are not supported within the system.

💡 Best Practice

Review your Customer Communication settings during initial setup to ensure customers are notified at the right stages of the job lifecycle. Go to Business Settings > Customer Communication to configure your preferences.
