Sign the Document When the customer is ready to approve the quote or acknowledge the invoice, they can complete the e-signature directly from the customer view. The customer will be prompted to provide their signature and complete the signing process. |

Complete the Signature After signing, the customer can submit their signature to complete the process. Once submitted, the signed document can be retained for your records and used as confirmation that the customer has reviewed and signed the quote or invoice. |
