Track job history, technician activity, and visit details from within a work order.

Overview

Every work order in Lessen Pro includes two reference tabs — Event Log and Visits — that together give you a complete picture of everything that has happened on a job.

Event Log

View a detailed history of all activity associated with a work order.

What It Does

The Event Log provides a chronological, timestamped record of every action taken on a work order. Use it to track job progress, understand status changes, and maintain accountability across your team.

What the Event Log Includes

The Event Log may display any of the following entries:

  • Status changes
  • Schedule updates
  • Technician actions (Onsite, In Progress, Complete)
  • Quote updates
  • Invoice activity
  • System-generated updates

Each entry is timestamped to provide a clear history of the work order lifecycle.


Visits

View all visits associated with a work order.

What It Does

The Visits section shows each scheduled or completed trip related to the work order, giving you visibility into how many times technicians were onsite and how long the job required.

What the Visits Section Includes

Each visit entry shows:

  • Scheduled visit dates and times
  • Assigned technician
  • Visit status
  • Onsite time tracking
  • Multiple trip history (if applicable)

If multiple trips are required, each visit will be logged separately and included in the total visit count and total onsite time.


💡 Best Practice

Review the Event Log and Visits sections together to fully understand:

  • What has occurred on the job
  • What actions were taken and by whom
  • Whether additional work or follow-up is required
