Open the Schedule Tab From the navigation menu, select Schedule. |

Choose a Calendar View Select your preferred view: Day, Week, or Month. |

Apply Filters Use filters (for example: technician, status, or event type) to narrow your view. |

Open a Visit Click any visit to open its job details, including:

Update job timing, assignments, or visit details when plans change. All schedule changes should be updated in Lessen Pro to ensure accuracy across desktop and mobile.

Locate the Visit Go to Schedule and find the visit you want to update using the calendar or list view. |

Open the Details Panel Click the visit to open its details panel, then select one of the available options:

Update the Necessary Fields Make changes to any of the following:
If Customer Communication is enabled, confirm that the customer notification (email or text) is sent as expected. |

Assign the right technician Match skillset, location, and workload to ensure efficient routing. Schedule realistic time windows Avoid stacking tight appointments that may cause delays. Update changes immediately If a visit moves or changes, update it in Lessen Pro right away so everyone sees the same plan. Use status updates consistently Ensure statuses like On the Way, In Progress, and Complete reflect real-time field activity. Watch for stalled work Review jobs sitting in Scheduled too long or marked Return Trip Needed. Conduct an end-of-day review Confirm completed visits, schedule return trips, and prepare the next day's calendar. |
