Lessen ONE Integration in Lessen Pro

Follow these steps to connect your Lessen Pro account with your Lessen ONE affiliate profile.

Go to Business Settings

From your Lessen Pro menu, navigate to Business Settings.

Open My Applications

Select My Applications, click the Lessen ONE tile, then choose Connect.

Sign-In to ONE

Enter your Lessen ONE Affiliate ID (Owner) login username and password, then click Connect.

Manage Employee Connections

You'll see options for yourself and each employee. Choose an action for each person.

  • Link Match this employee with an existing Lessen Pro profile — manage from one place.
  • Create Create a new employee profile in Lessen Pro with a unique email.
  • Do nothing Skip this employee for now. You can add them in Pro and sync after setup is complete.

Complete Linking or Creation

Finish the action for each employee before moving on.

  • If you chose Create, enter an email address for the new Lessen Pro login.
  • If you chose Link, search for and select the existing Lessen Pro employee profile to connect.

Review and Continue

Make a selection for all users, then select Continue.

Confirm and Connect

Review your choices, then click Confirm and Connect to finalize the integration.


You're all set! Your Lessen ONE and Lessen Pro accounts are now synced. Linked employees will receive an email to activate their Lessen Pro account and manage work seamlessly between both platforms.

Note

Additional options may appear in your navigation menu after certain features are enabled. If you don't see them right away:

  1. Reload the page.
  2. If options still don't appear, log out of Lessen Pro.
  3. Log back in to refresh your navigation menu and fully apply your updated permissions.
