Scorecards help you monitor performance metrics and compliance standards required to remain eligible for work.
You can access and review all available scorecards directly within Lessen Pro.
How to View a Scorecard
From the navigation menu, go to My Company.
Select Reports.
Choose the scorecard you want to view from the reports list.
Review the metrics and performance details displayed on the page.
Insurance Compliance & Resale Certificates
View compliance requirements and upload required documents — such as insurance or resale certificates — directly within Lessen Pro.

You can review compliance requirements and upload documents at any time.
How to View and Manage Compliance Documents
From the navigation menu, go to Lessen.
Select Compliance.
Review your compliance items (for example, Insurance or Resale Certificates).
View existing documents and current status details.
How to Upload or Update a Resale Certificate
In the Compliance section, select States.
Click Upload.
Select the file from your device.
Confirm the upload.
Repeat as needed for additional states.
Tip
Upload updated documents as soon as they change to avoid delays with job eligibility or payments.
