How to View a Scorecard

From the navigation menu, go to My Company. |
|

|
Select Reports. |
|
3
|
Choose the scorecard you want to view from the reports list. |
|
4
|
Review the metrics and performance details displayed on the page. |

How to View and Manage Compliance Documents

From the navigation menu, go to Lessen. |

Select Compliance. |
|
3
|
Review your compliance items (for example, Insurance or Resale Certificates). |

4
|
View existing documents and current status details. |
How to Upload or Update a Resale Certificate
|

|
In the Compliance section, select States. |
|

|
Click Upload. |
|
3
|
Select the file from your device. |
|
4
|
Confirm the upload. |
|
5
|
Repeat as needed for additional states. |
|
💡 Tip Upload updated documents as soon as they change to avoid delays with job eligibility or payments. |
