You’ll get notifications for key updates like new job opportunities or assignments, schedule changes, quote approvals, invoice status, and payment confirmations. These can be sent via email, push notification, or both, depending on your settings.
Can I customize which notifications I get?
Yes. You can manage your notification preferences in your profile settings and choose which alerts you want to receive (job updates, payments, scheduling changes, etc.).
Can I turn off email or push notifications?
Absolutely. You can toggle off email or text alerts in your notification settings at any time. We recommend keeping them on until you’re fully set up, then adjusting based on your preferences.
Can I message technicians directly from the platform?
Yes, you can send messages to your technicians through the platform to share updates, job notes, or instructions. All communication stays linked to the work order for easy reference.
You can view and send messages from the message icon in the top right corner of the page or from the Messages section within the work order, right next to the work order status. All messages are tied to the job for easy tracking.
How do I communicate with Lessen personnel about a work order?
Use the in-platform messaging or the internal notes section on a work order. If you’re sending an internal note, be sure to check the box that sends it to Lessen.
