What type of communications will my customers receive?

Customers will receive emails or texts for key updates like job confirmations, quote approvals, scheduling changes, and completed work. You can customize which notifications go out under Business Settings > Customer communication.



 

Can customers reply to my messages through the system?

Not at this time. While you can send job updates, quotes, and reminders through the platform, customer replies are not supported within the system.
