Important Notes

A job in Pending Vendor Acceptance appears in Pro as a Lead – Pending Acceptance and does not become a Work Order until accepted.

Multiple ONE statuses may map to a single Pro status — for example, several billing states map to Invoiced in Full, Pending Payment.

Final payment confirmation in ONE may move the job to Completed in Pro.
