View a complete timeline of service activity at a specific property, including work orders, visits, and status updates.

Overview

Location History gives you a full audit trail for any service address. Use it to track job progress, verify technician activity, and review past service at a property.

Select the Location

Navigate to Locations from the left menu, then click the specific service location you want to review. This opens the Location Details page.

Review Activity History

Within the location record, you can view a complete timeline of activity, including:

  • Active work orders for this location
  • Past scheduled visits
  • Status updates (Completed, Canceled, Rescheduled)

This section provides a complete audit trail for the property.


View Visit Tracking

Visit tracking allows you to review details about scheduled, in-progress, and completed visits at this location.

What Each Visit Record Shows

  • Assigned technician
  • Scheduled date and time
  • Visit status
  • Associated work order
