📲 Getting Started with the Lessen Pro App (For Technicians)

Welcome to Lessen Pro! Here’s everything you need to log in, get set up, and start managing your jobs from the mobile app.

✅ Step 1: Activate Your Account

1. Check your email for a message from Lessen Pro.

2. Click the activation link inside that email.

3. Set your password — this will be your login for both the mobile app and web.

📱 Step 2: Download the Lessen Pro App

iPhone (iOS): Click Here

• Open the App Store

• Search for "Lessen Pro"

• Tap Download

Android: Click Here

• Open the Google Play Store

• Search for "Lessen Pro"

• Tap Install

🔐 Step 3: Log In

1. Open the app on your phone.

2. Enter your email address and password.

3. Tap Log In — you’re in!
   

🛠️ Step 4: Use the App on the Job

Once logged in, you can:

• 📋 View Your Jobs – See what’s scheduled and what’s coming up.

• 📍 Get Directions – Tap the address for GPS navigation to the site.

• ⏱️ Check In/Out – Track when you arrive and finish the job.

• 📸 Upload Photos – Add before/after photos or required documentation.

• 🔄 Update Job Status – Mark the job as complete, start a proposal or return trip.

• 🔔 Get Notified – Receive real-time alerts about new assignments and job updates.

• See what’s scheduled for today, this week, or upcoming.

• Tap a job to view location, scope, or check-in instructions.

• Get directions or update job status right from the calendar.

🧰 WORK SCREEN

Your job list and history.

• View all your assigned jobs — active, completed, or upcoming.

• Filter by job status, location, priority, etc. to find what you need fast.

•   Select a job to view all its information.

In-app communication hub.

• View and respond to messages from your office or scheduler.

• Keep conversations tied to each job.
