OverviewThe asset management workflow guides technicians through identifying, documenting, and completing service for equipment associated with a Lessen work order. It appears automatically after tapping Begin Service when the work order includes an applicable service combination. |

Check Into Asset Select the asset being repaired, replaced, or investigated. Choose from one of the following options:

Upload Before Service Photos Capture and upload all required before-service photos of the asset and surrounding area before beginning work. |

Complete Additional Service Questions (if applicable) Depending on the service combination, additional questions may appear before work begins. Answer all required fields before proceeding. π Example: HVAC work orders may require refrigerant tracking β including refrigerant type and quantity used. |

Select a Check-Out Option Select the applicable check-out option based on the outcome of the service. Workflow behavior may vary depending on the option selected.

Check-In to Related Assets Indicate whether any additional related assets were involved in the service. If applicable, select another asset using the same process as Step 1:

Complete Related Asset Questions and Upload After-Service Attachments Provide any additional asset details required, which may include:
Then upload all required after-service photos and any supporting attachments. |

Select Resolution Codes and Submit Select the applicable resolution code or codes for the work performed. What happens next depends on the resolution code selected:
Once all required steps are complete, submit the work order to finish the workflow. S
