OverviewFor Lessen work orders, follow this structured workflow to ensure accurate tracking and documentation from the moment you leave for the job to the moment you complete it. You can access your scheduled work orders from the Work tab or the Schedule tab in the mobile app. |
You can find your assigned Lessen work orders in two places in the mobile app:

Home Tab From the Home tab, you can view all scheduled visits assigned to you for the current day. Select a Work Order to review its details. |

Schedule Tab Select Schedule from the bottom navigation bar to view your visits by date. Scroll left or right through the week view to navigate between weeks, then select a visit to open the Work Order and take action. |

Review Work Order Details Before heading out, open the work order and review all available details to prepare for the job:

I'm On the Way Tap I'm On the Way. Confirm your travel status and use the integrated directions if needed. This updates the job status and gives your dispatcher real-time visibility. |

I've Arrived Once on site, tap I've Arrived and capture an arrival photo. This confirms your on-site presence and documents the arrival time in the system. |

Begin Service Tap Begin Service to officially start work. Onsite time tracking begins at this point — make sure to tap this before doing any work. |

Before Service Attachments Upload required photos before work begins. This may include:

Check-Out Options When work is complete or requires next steps, select one of the following options:

Complete Lessen Checkout Questions For Lessen work orders, you are required to complete a set of checkout questions before the visit can be fully closed. Answer all required fields, which may include:
