How do I schedule my jobs?

From the Work Orders section, select a job and choose Schedule. Pick a date, time, and assign it to the appropriate employee.

 

How do I enable scheduling for my employees?

Go to Employee Management in your settings and enable scheduling for each employee you’d like to assign jobs to.  To enable scheduling:

  1. Edit Profile (three dots on right side of the page)

  1. Toggle service scheduling to Enabled

  1. Add starting location address > Save

  1. Add working hours > Save

  1. Add skill set > Save

 

Why is my employee is not showing up as an option for scheduling?

If an employee isn’t showing as an option, check that they’ve been added under Employee Management and that scheduling is enabled for them.

 

How do I view what is on my employee’s schedule for the day/week?

Go to the Schedule to see a daily view of who is assigned to what and when. You can filter by technician, event, alert, event status, priority, utilization rate, location or WO/Assessment #.

 

How do I reschedule a work order?

Open the work order in scheduled status, select Reschedule, and update the Reschedule reason, date, time, or assigned employee. Confirm schedule to save changes and update the schedule.

 

How do I check in and check out?

On the web portal, you can check-in if unable to in the mobile app. Open your assigned work order and select Check In (date, time and reason) and Check Out (option, date, time and reason) when the job is complete.

On the mobile app, open your assigned work order and select On the way when you’re enroute, Check In when you arrive and Check Out when the job is complete.

 

What is required for checking in and checking out?

When checking in, you’ll need to upload photos upon arrival of the location and work to complete. To check out, you will upload photos and submit job notes before finishing the work order.
