How do I create a new work order?
You can create a new work order from the Work Orders section by selecting New work order (blue button at the top right corner of the page) and entering the job details. You also have the option to convert a lead to work order. Open a Lead and Convert to work order.
How do I view my work orders?
Go to the Work Orders section in your account to see all your current and past work orders.
How do I filter my work orders?
Use the Filter option in the Work Orders list to sort by source, customer, Address, Region, Priority, Technician, or Status fields to quickly find what you need. Once the filter is selected you can Save filters for future use.
How do I update the details or scope of a work on a work order?
Open the work order you’d like to change, add line items and internal notes.
How do I upload before and after photos?
You can add photos as attachments while creating the work order, or upload them later by opening the work order and selecting Attachments. When completing a job on the mobile app, arrival photos as well as before and after photos are required.
Where do I submit notes or job summaries?
You can add notes or job summaries in the Description or Internal Notes section of the work order so they’re saved with the job record.
Are there required checklists or documents I need to complete for each job?
When completing a job on the mobile app, photos and a check-out reason are required.
How do I flag an issue or incomplete scope of work?
In the work order at check-out, select “Return Trip Needed” or send a message for the work order requiring additional attention.
