Complete the steps below before using Offline Mode.

Install the Latest App Version Download and install the latest version of the Lessen Pro mobile app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. |

Prepare Your Device Before heading to the job site:

Enabling Offline Mode When you are in an area with low or no connectivity, the Lessen Pro mobile app will automatically detect the connection issue. A banner will appear displaying Unable Connection. Select Switch to Offline to continue working as usual. 📝 Note While in Offline Mode, you can continue updating Work Orders, adding notes, uploading photos, and completing work without interruption. Check-in and check-out timestamps will still be recorded based on the actions taken in the app, ensuring work activity is properly documented for customer records and internal tracking. |

Sync Your Work Order Updates Once the job is completed in the mobile app during offline mode, all notes, photos, and status updates will sync automatically when internet connection is restored.
