Understand how to navigate key areas of Lessen Pro and complete independent work from start to finish.
Lessen Pro is organized into three primary workflow areas:
Home – Daily dashboard and pending actions
Schedule – Calendar and technician visit management
Work – Work order management and job status updates
Use these areas together to manage jobs efficiently from dispatch to completion.
The Home tab serves as your daily overview.
Here, you can:
View today’s scheduled visits
See pending action items
Monitor jobs requiring attention
Access quick workflow shortcuts (role-based access)
In the lower right corner, you may see a "+" (Plus) button.
Access to Quick Create depends on your assigned role.
Users with appropriate permissions can create:
Invoice
Quote
Work Order
Technicians and limited-access roles may not see or be able to use this function.
Click the Schedule tab to access the calendar.
From here, you can:
View schedules
Switch between List or Map view
Filter by date
You can also:
Click a visit
All updates sync across web and mobile.
Click the Work tab to view and manage work orders.
From here, you can:
View jobs by status
Open individual work orders
Update job progress
Track completion
Filter view
For independent work orders, technicians follow a structured workflow in the mobile app to ensure accurate tracking and documentation.
Select I’m On the Way.
Confirm travel status.
Use integrated directions if needed.
This updates the job status and signals dispatch visibility.
Select I’ve Arrived.
Capture an arrival photo.
This confirms on-site presence and documents arrival time.
Select Begin Service to officially start work.
Onsite time tracking begins.
Upload required photos before work begins.
This may include:
Condition photos
Area documentation
Required compliance images
These attachments help document job conditions prior to service.
When work is complete (or requires next steps), select one of the following:
Use when all services are finished.
The job can move to invoicing.
Use when additional work is identified.
This allows you to create a quote before closing the job.
Use when work cannot be completed during the visit.
A follow-up visit must be scheduled.

Update statuses in real time.
Upload required photos before and after service.
Avoid closing jobs without selecting the correct check-out option.
Ensure return trips are scheduled promptly.
