Understand how to navigate key areas of Lessen Pro to manage daily activity and move jobs forward.
Lessen Pro is organized into three primary workflow areas:
Home – Daily dashboard and action items
Schedule – Calendar and technician visit management
Work – Work order management and job status updates
Use these tabs to stay organized and manage work efficiently.
The Home tab serves as your daily dashboard.
Here, you can:
View updates for the current day
See upcoming visits
Review pending action items
Monitor work requiring attention
This is your central location for daily oversight.
For users with the Admin role, an additional shortcut is available.
In the lower right corner, click the "+" (Plus) button to quickly create a new workflow item.
You can create:
Invoice
Quote
Work Order
This allows you to initiate work directly from the Home tab without navigating to another tab.
Click the Schedule tab to access the calendar view.
From here, you can:
View technician schedules
Switch between Day, Week, or Month views
Filter by technician or status
You can also:
Click into a specific visit
Add services
Reassign technicians
Add notes or details
Reschedule appointments
All schedule updates will reflect across web and mobile.
Click the Work tab to access all work orders, leads and quotes.
From here, you can:
View work by status
Open individual work orders
Take actions to move the job forward
When you open a work order, you can:
Add services
Reassign technicians
Add notes or details
Track progress

Use the Home tab for daily visibility,
the Schedule tab for dispatching and visit management,
and the Work tab for full job lifecycle management.
Review all three daily to ensure nothing falls behind.
