If you run into an issue or have questions with a work order, reach out directly to your Lessen Affiliate Area Manager (AMM). If you run into a technical issue in Pro related to the work order, contact our Lessen Pro support team.

How do I become a vendor/affiliate with Lessen ONE?

You can sign up using this link: Become a vendor. After reviewing, someone from our vendor sourcing team will reach out.

Who do I contact if I need assistance in Lessen Pro?

What should I do if the app isn't working properly?

First, try closing and reopening the app or checking for updates in your app store. If the problem continues, contact our support team by email so we can assist right away.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Business Settings → Account & Billing → Manage Billing. From there, you can choose to update or cancel your subscription and follow the prompts.
