Mobile App: Admin User

Understand how to navigate key areas of Lessen Pro on mobile to manage daily activity and move jobs forward.

Overview

Lessen Pro is organized into three primary workflow areas on mobile:

  • Home — Daily dashboard and action items
  • Schedule — Calendar and technician visit management
  • Work — Work order management and job status updates

Home Tab

The Home tab serves as your daily dashboard and central location for daily oversight.

What You Can Do Here

  • View updates for the current day
  • See upcoming visits
  • Review pending action items
  • Monitor work requiring attention

Admin Quick-Create Function

For users with the Admin role, tap the + button in the lower right corner to quickly create a new workflow item without navigating away from the Home tab.

You can create:
  • Invoice
  • Quote
  • Work Order
  • Lead

Schedule Tab

Tap the Schedule tab to access the calendar view. All schedule updates reflect across web and mobile.

From the Schedule Tab

  • View technician schedules
  • Switch between Day, Week, or Month views
  • Filter by technician or status

From Within a Visit

Tap into a specific visit to:

  • Add Tags


  • Add Services


  • Reassign technicians


  • Add notes or details


  • Reschedule appointments

Work Tab

Tap the Work tab to access all work orders, leads, and quotes.

From the Work Tab

  • View work by status
  • Open individual work orders
  • Take actions to move the job forward

From Within a Work Order

When you open a work order, you can:

  • Add services
  • Reassign technicians
  • Add notes or details
  • Track progress

  • Use the Home tab for daily visibility and action items.
  • Use the Schedule tab for dispatching and visit management.
  • Use the Work tab for full job lifecycle management.
  • Review all three tabs daily to ensure nothing falls behind.
